Nice furniture from beds to all kinds of cabinets
We have bought several basic bookshelves from them over the years, and have been quite satisfied, so when we needed a solid wood chest of drawers, we decided to order from them. The order was extremely late in coming; several times I called to inquire about the status, and the person said they would look into it and call me back, but never did. Finally the order was delivered, and it was the wrong item (but from the same product family). In addition to it being the wrong item, I was extremely disappointed in the quality, especially as compared to the sample item we were shown in the showroom. Of particular concern was the extremely poor quality of staining, with some areas seeming like they had not been stained at all. Definitely not the rich look of nicely finished hardwood (as the floor sample had appeared). They took the wrong item away, and, based on the poor quality of the item that had been delivered, I asked to cancel the order. To their credit, they did not give me a hard time about cancelling, and my deposit was refunded immediately.
Great workmanship. It's expensive but I'm hoping it's well worth it
